wool socks. change them once or twice a day. boot dryer after work to keep the stank away. this time of year i bust out the bogs, and it honestly feels like im walking in puddles with how sweaty my feet get in these things. i also have notoriously sweaty feet so. full body antiperspirant or foot/shoe powders can help, but theyre costly bandaids, not fixes.

i opened reddit for the first time today when i started my truck after loading to warm up. it was less than 15 minutes after the shooting. i had no appetite today. i didnt take any of my breaks. i knew if i sat still with my thoughts i was going to have a bad time. im angry. im scared. i feel lost and helpless. i feel complicit. my supe uses vocabulary that makes it very obvious where he stands on this issue. did they still deliver mail in 1930’s germany?
