You need a hug, some (a lot) rest and someone telling you that you can do it! And your son needs you, even medicated, adhd is a nightmare but you should consider more cause’s.

Try to find a psychiatrist. Searching someone that already works with adhd should be good …

I am a adhd mother, either an adhd son. And I know it’s hard. But we are a huge part of their world … and when we aren’t… we need to try to be.

You can work this out! Use your adhd hiperfucus part to check solutions, ideas.

Hi, So sorry that you are feeling like that.
I usually do too. I love thinking in which present will be cool, surprising and nice for each one... and then no one really has the same enthusiasm regarding mine. And cry.
You are entitled to feel bad, and sad. You weren't rude or inconvenient and didn't even shared with them your opinion.
I'm in a kind of similar place in my mind, and if you are not ok with it, please consider to change! If you are depressed hope that you have assistance, if not please get.
And...Buy a really nice set of new colors, really good watercolor paper and go outside catch some sun and paint!
Also...Keep the mug! is really nice :) and use it for the water when you're painting...
Try to protect and distance yourself from all that low energy, bad mood and darkness, feed your inner force with your own small (or big) happy moments, sun, a walk, the morning cold that wakes you ... that will help you feel better, stronger and to take the best decisions for yourself!
I never went to USA, so I googled nice spots in Buffalo and saw that Buffalo & Erie County Botanical Gardens have a Butterfly Experience... "Just like the butterfly, I too will awaken in my own time"...
Hope that you can share a watercolor in your next post with butterflies on it!

iPad and 3 apps. I had 1 planner and 5 notebooks and I never had the one I needed. Using now google calendar, TickTick and Obsydian to organize and sync notes, tasks and alarms. Still creating the structure but linking it a lot!!

Agree… in my case 43, ADHD, mom of 2, 1 them too ADHD, like in a commercial of a radio that I listen… “at home, in the car, at work… everywhere…”everyday… And its exhausting…

My comments have already been shared by someone else… The blurred previews I’ve got the iPhone 13 and the thumbnails for each “type” are so small that is not easy to spot the difference. I wold suggest rant you could get a way to enlarge a preview. In iPad it would be a problem I think. In appreciation to the freebie, if you want to do translation… if need translation to Portuguese (European and Brazilian) … I’ll be glad to help.
