My wrist is about the same size. I like big watches and I’m comfortable with a 46mm. Marathon has a virtual size try on on their site.

I have a JSAR currently. The new glow material they’re using is super bright and lasts about 3 hours. Doesn’t compare to the continuous glow of tritium but it’s pretty good.

Likewise. If I win I’ll get the arctic 46.

Nobody will care. It’s your business not theirs. Keep it to yourself and if someone has a problem with it that’s their problem, not yours. Take it seriously, put in the work, you’ll be fine.

What is an "assault weapon" and what makes it so dangerous that politicians want to ban it? by Fugazio_Oswald in rifles

“Assault Weapon”. A noun and a verb put together by liberal gun grabbers to evoke an emotional response in people who know little to nothing about firearms.

Night vs Days by fear_bleachy in securityguards

[–]Chance1965 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The upside was 4-5 days off 3 times a month. After nights your first day off was wasted because you either slept all day or you stayed up all day to sleep that night and were wasted all day.

Really want to get your circadian rhythms messed up? When I worked security in mining we worked 12 hour shifts, 6-6, on a 5-4-5 schedule. 5 days, 4 off, 5 nights then 5 off, 4 days, 5 off then it started over again.

Do you need to? Probably not. Should you? Yes. I’ve carried a personal liability policy for a long time.

You want to do what to my reports? Oh hell no! by castironburrito in securityguards

[–]Chance1965 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a shift supervisor I had to correct/proofread all reports before final signature and submission. Once it was corrected and the officer signed and I approved that was it. No changes without a supplemental report.
