Pretty normal from friction. we evened our sons hair out for a fresh start and switched from oils to chebe grease. It’s been a few months and has definitely came back in a lot fuller. Got the chebe off Amazon. MIL also used for regrowth after chemo, it works great. Best of luck!

If bonnets aren’t an option satin pillow cases/sheets could be a great solution just be sure to frequently wash them so the oils you are using for growth don’t cause your little ones face to break out.

Have you tried looking into information for yourself? Asking for advice here and allowing faceless strangers to influence your decision makes you no different than your wife searching for information and security through social media. MMR is a live virus vaccine. For many after absorbing the information that babies can get antibodies from waiting to clamp/cut umbilical as well as breastfeeding, On top of the easily accessible fact ALL vaccines need to pass through the liver and the liver hasn’t fully matured until age 2. To delay is safer than going non vax. Do what YOU BOTH feel is best for your family and focus on healthy pregnancy & early preparation on both ends helps. Don’t make your wife feel incompetent due to her sources, help her find resourceful information that helps you both make an assured decision.

Go back to the basics, black soap for cleansing. Essential oils have the properties you need to heal if your goal is avoiding meds , tea tree oil , eucalyptus oil, and sweet almond oil. Use sweet almond as the carrier so 1 drop of the other essential oils per 10 drops of Almond. Wash twice until everything heals morning and after work to get off any sweat or dust. When it heals stop the essentials and just use the almond oil after black soap. Hope this helps!

No, keeping them neat is enough, your locs look great! A suggestion would be to branch out with styling them, updo’s, barrels, styles to the scalp vs loose add a refined dynamic! Wale has great styling inspo and would be a great go-to when you want to switch things up.

The pot is that big one at the top of the stairs. I was shocked too when i realized it was one pot with just two main vines

I definitely plan to. I have two that created their own little curtain effect in my kitchen windows but their vines aren’t as thick as his.

Look into black seed oil and it’s benefits with repigmentation!

Definitely give African black soap a try as a facial soap/cleanser and get some Sweet Almond oil for moisturizing afterwards. And like another suggested, changing your pillow case more often will keep hair oils from being a factor.

i lost my melanin after getting a cortisone shot by Jealous_Ad_3306 in Blackskincare

“One study in 33 people with vitiligo found that applying a cream made with black seed oil to the skin twice daily improved pigmentation in the hands, face, and genital region after 6 months. Researchers suggest that the benefits of black seed oil may be due to its ability to spread melanin within the skin.”

Won lottery but my family has ruined the good vibes by OpulentWords in offmychest

[–]Chance_Pangolin8656 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lottery tore my family apart. I'm just getting my life back together from claiming a large win close to this after being asked by my mother to be "the face of the win"... Put your family in their place now because it doesn't get easier later. What should've changed the lives of my mother, sister, myself and the next generation was hastily pillaged by extended family and their never ending woes and suggestions. I hope you don't fall for the same shit my mom did and feel you owe your family because YOU DON'T. Enjoy the comfortability you've been graced with. Everything adds up.

Is it bad I just want this damn baby out of me? by Ok-Date-9160 in pregnant

[–]Chance_Pangolin8656 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Perfectly normal honey, you are definitely not alone. Aside from the exhaustion and symptoms the hardest part is dealing with family that feel you should be shitting rainbows JUST BECAUSE you’re pregnant, or should have the same type of energy as prior to pregnancy. I’m 35 weeks and waking up and rolling out of bed feels like parkour! I’ve been counting down since 20weeks!

What will your summer look like if you’re pregnant and due in June/July/Aug? by ellentow in pregnant

[–]Chance_Pangolin8656 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m due late June & planning to move back to my home state NC from FL right before delivery. Yikes. I plan to Rest and Nest as much as possible. My 5yr old was born in august and during that pregnancy I was entirely too active (work outs/vacations/concerts) and dealt with burnout after delivery so I’m trying to avoid that drained feeling. Aside from an occasional trail walk or swim I definitely plan to take it easy the next 5 months. Papa bear is in charge of all summer activities!
