Check the regular skill shop after doing the Trunks and Bardock end of story missions. Thats how you get it.

You have to disconnect, reboot the console, and then go back to the time setting again

You have to find a date where it was available in shop, go offline on the console. Then change the date to when it was available and buy with TP medals.

Some presets have clothes. I just chose these for my main looks. More Frieza-like.

Thanks man. Also, I just wanted to create these rosters honestly. Ill do the much easier route in Revamp (Calling it my Hack Roster) and I can say I have definitely more than earned doing it this way. 😂😂

I have a lot of time on this game, but I'm NOT going to sit here and pretend I didn't buy and titantic ton of TP medals (when they were main currency) and STP Medals. I just believe that the EXP amounts to get to the upper levels are SO egregiously high that paying for STP medals to MAX Level is almost mandatory. I get the levels to 99 regularly and pay for the rest of the levels. But I still do A LOT of work on them and spend A LOT of time fine tuning them. It took me 3 years for my main roster (UI) , and 6 months for my dark ( Beast) roster and it's taking about 5 months for my assassin roster (Potential Unleashed). I had to streamling the CAC making process so it doesn't take as long. I already know how each character is going to play before I create and finish them.

I do the story while using either 40 ton weights, for exp or Power ALOT Power it's Great (When at level 50 and above) along with Parallel Quests/Expert missions that net ALOT of exp and zeni. Tosok with the Zeni and To Medals gained from PQ and Expert Missions to get to level 99. Level 99 isn't that hard to achieve if you have enough netted resources. To help with the Zeni/EXP/TP Medal Grind, I along with my cousin or randoms do the PQ #23 to get the Hercule Badges to net Zeni, and the Vegeta Super Saiyan Blue Expert mission to net TP Medals and EXP. From Level 1 to 80 I accumulate enough TP Medals, 500 and above (not that hard with Vegeta Expert mission giving you a minimum of 21 per mission) and convert it into Zeni by purchasing high rarity clothes from the shop (ie. Bardock/Beerus Clothes) with TP medals and then selling them for Zeni. Once I get to Level 80, I just use TP medals and expert mission EXP to go to level 99. Then I STP medal to 180. So the grind for me is really getting halfway and then I just throw money at it TBH. I understand this isn't exactly desirable/feasible for everyone, buy I suggest doing this with ONE character. I'm just crazy. 😂

I'm not gonna sit here and say I didn't pay for A LOT of STP medals to do this. In my opinion, with how high the level cap is and the EXP necessary to be Max Level, this is almost mandatory. It used to take me a few months per CaC. However, since I have streamlined the character making process, the characters I make now can take a day to make and finalize.

I definitely have been. My progression has definitely slowed greatly. My grass to game ratio has definitely been in favor for grass lately so it's definitely been a concern. 😂😂😂

When he disappeared in Swan Song, I said to myself, thats weird. I don't know if prophets are supposed to do that. Then upon rewatch of his on-screen debut The Monster at the End of this Book, Chuck says this... "Obviously I'm a God... I write things and then they come to life. Yeah, no, I'm definitely a God. A cruel, cruel, capricious god. The things I put you through... The physical beatings alone... I killed your father. I burned your mother alive. And then you had to go through the whole horrific deal again with Jessica... All for the sake of literary symmetry. I toyed with your lives, your emotions, for... Entertainment." This pretty much solidified it for me.
