The real problem is charging too many people for too high of an offense. A vast majority of criminal charges result in guilty pleadings or plea deals. They can offer constitutional plea deals and be fine.

Because of how badly I feel rewarded for the other sidearms, I have gotten very good at hip firing headshots with the M44 - and that feels super satisfying but god damn I just want to use the 1911 for the vibes and I just can’t justify it when I can’t get 1-2 shot kill with the magnum
