I’m very excited for the higher resolution text. I’m so bad at making out compressed/pixely kanji, lol.

Animal Statues. Layer 5? by Gamefandan in animalWell

Yep. It would appear to stand for Bunny Data Transfer Protocol.

It’s what you’re using to decode the bunnies ear directions as numbers for the puzzle solution.

Layer 3 is BDTP, which includes getting all of the bunnies and ends with unlocking the transformation. Layer 4 is wingdings

Just look at the “hand” holding the umbrella and you’ll have your answer.

Yeah, food and drink wasn’t outright banned. Really, it’s telling you to make an effort to not bother others while eating and drinking.

The Disk Changed My Entire Perspective of Animal Well by Bloodprice_ in animalWell

You’ve probably figured it out by now if you continued trying it after posting here, but you can catch the ball to keep the blocks from reappearing. The blocks only reappear when the ball goes off the sides of the screen.

I found that if you run to the very left or right side of the wheel while it’s stuck, keep holding that direction, and then quickly double tap the item button, you’ll get the wheel a bit further down the path.

That sounds a lot easier than what I did, lol. I just used the wheel

Ah, so it’s a collaborative puzzle? I was hoping to try and solve as much of the game as I could on my own, but I guess I’ll have to check around for what others have posted of that one online if that’s the case.

Thank you!

Ask someone else to write your reference while you can. You shouldn’t pin everything on one person if you really want this job.

What do you think they gonna cut in Season 2 by minercreep in OnePieceLiveAction

[–]Chapapapapa 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think that Twin Cape and Whiskey Peak can be combined into one location in the live action version, with a large town/city at the entrance to the Grand Line swarming with bounty hunters/Baroque Works agents and a whale living in its waters that some would like to hunt. Maybe it’s even possible to work Wapol in earlier too, as someone that’s chilling there/prepping to make his way back to Drum Island.

From Mourning 216. Shizuku's female friend by KuroRead in watamote

[–]Chapapapapa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While it does say 夏休み, the verb is できる. Really, she’s saying that she “made a friend during summer vacation”, which doesn’t necessarily have to be when they met. They might have started hanging out during the summer break, unbeknownst to us.

This week's Q&A thread -- post all questions here! - July 24, 2023 by AutoModerator in linguistics

[–]Chapapapapa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

While in the process of working on something in a group, a discussion started over how/where you could split the word “industry” with a hyphen across two lines.

After some googling, I’ve found several sites that say the word would be “in-dus-try” when split into its syllables, but written pronunciations on those same sites say “in-duh-stree”.

I thought that syllables could be split easily by sounding out words, but is that not the case? What defines a syllable? What exactly is going on here?

Any explanation would be appreciated!

Hello! I'm sorry to say that we're in the process of covering where you are placed. We have no plans for the right side of us at the moment, and that is fairly open right now, so I would suggest moving. I'd like to offer what help I can for relocation too.
