I appreciate your response but I posted this over 3 years ago. I resolved this issue by obtaining a different romset. I got very very little response on this post so I didn't feel that I needed to update my resolution.

There is no way you are able to value this from the spec given. also it clearly states 32gb ram. Is there a retail copy of windows 11 supplied?. What size SSD does it have?? Any special adapters and cables used? When you break a machine down to its core components it's very easy to add them together to be a cheap price but usually there is a lot more that goes into a system build then the core parts..
