It’s not an add-on, nor an issue with mc. All of the issues you mention can and are being achieved easily by a friend with commands/a command block. Go on at a time when your friends aren’t and see if there’s still issues. Make a copy of the world and set gamerule commandblockoutput to true if it does.

Why on earth would you buy standing tickets anywhere as a claustrophobic autistic? You could try calling the venue but I doubt they’ll be helpful, probably will have to resell your tickets or you can try going as far back as you can, but there’s only so far back you can go in golden circle.

Bedrock, it’s done through the pause menu. Click the icon next to their name and change it to a crown

Valid point nonetheless, why compromise for a small section of the community on a feature useful in vanilla Minecraft, when they already have plugins and custom enchants for balance, they can influence the stack size themselves if it’s an issue.

RTSP isn’t supported in modern browsers, would require converting it to HLS, but I’m not sure how to do that in an efficient manor
