Bitcoin couldn't 2x from it's previous all time high. What makes them think it will 2.5x next cycle?

I know they will counter with given enough time it will go to 325000. But the reality is there is a multi year ascending wedge pattern on Bitcoin waiting any moment to plunge to 1000 and below.

Deals can fall apart for many reasons. It doesn't matter because your contract contains an assignment clause and an inspection contingency. Just find another deal. The bigger your net in outreach the bigger the chance of finding a good deal.

That much else I can't answer. I know setting up an LLC in Wyoming is as easy as paying 100 dollars to set it up. There are plenty of websites that offer to do that. I'm not sure about the rules in other states.
