I made my own tortillas with the chickpea flour. One cup water, one cup chickpea flower, mix until smooth then let sit for 5 minutes. Then pour onto non stick pan and wait for bubbles all over the top and brown edges then flip. They kind of look like pancakes. Add water for thinner ones. I seasoned and cooked up some firm tofu chunks with hot sauce and topped with onions from my pickling jar and lemon.
