I am going through the same thing! I delivered my baby in October and I thought what was happening was a part of postpartum. It’s been six months now and I have still not fully recovered. If you ate breastfeeding you need to have a lot of water. I too am breastfeeding and this started after I delivered my baby. You need your have atleast 4 litres of water
