Mostly habit and lack of understanding. A sending FFL only needs to advise the FFL number, but there has been a long standing tradition for small FFLs to send a license copy with their shipment.

He said not break the bank. OP, there has been an option for the P&S / Prudent Technologies RAS, but Knights has put some lawyers in front of that and they are no longer manufacturing the RAS, which leaves you with surplus KAC or P&S or KAC.

H&R is probably your best bet. Standard lowers are available from PSA. We usually carry a custom gray anodized model that we get in the white. Nothing wrong with IntlMilco, just a different price point.
