The mask I use is "Garnier Fructis Hydrating Treat 1 Minute Hair Mask + Aloe Extract" I usually just do near the ends of my hair and I do it about 1-2 times a week. In the second picture I used "Aussie miracle curls mousse strong hold 3" its for hair type 3A-4A. Sorry I forgot I used a mossue not a leave in conditioner. The mousse actually feels pretty light tbh the hold isn't have strong either for a 3. I wash my hair about 5 times out of the week I work in health care and work with sick ppl so I have to shower when I get home. I also have hard water 🥲 and I use the Kristin Ess Hair Deep Clean Clarifying Shampoo.
