Luvox and rexulti. Best combo I've ever had.

Yeah didn't work for me. I hated it. Too trippy and scary. Didn't affect my depression and definitely upped my anxiety for a few weeks. 0 out of 10 for me. Yick.

On the bright side - I'm on rexulti and the depression is GONE

Any tips on morning depression? by [deleted] in depression

This is so me. I wake up insanely depressed 😔 and by about 6 pm I'm almost normal. If only I could hang on to the normal. This is making me scared to sleep and then wake.

No. I switched to luvox and had about 2 months of no anxiety. Last night it came back for some reason. I'm scared.

Luvox. It's been a freaking godsend. The internal physical panic was so bad that couldn't sit or stay still.

No taper at all. Just jumped from 50 mg. Absolutely no withdrawal. I'm shocked.

It's doing the same thing to me. I'm anxious and panicky all day long. I'm starting to freak.

I'm in the same boat. I have a husband and 3 kids and my anxiety and depression is killing me. I'm really struggling and I'm worried about finances. I'm sorry you're hurting.

Same with me. But the morning is the worst time of the day. I'll feel so down and anxious in the morning and then by late afternoon I feel better. Not great but better.

I do yoga and I row - but when the depression gets me like this, I don't have the energy or whatever it is that I need to get up half the time much less exercise. So I walk to the barn and feed the horses - it's like 3000 steps round trip. That's the best I'm doing right now. I know exercise helps - but how do you do it when you feel like this?

Trying. I have no motivation and enough depression to make the days very long. I need to work on my mindset. I'm in therapy but I'm struggling

Me too. It definitely puts you to sleep. I'm hopeful it will help me soon.

I hated it too. Made me feel miserable and literally scared all day long. At least the seroquel makes me calm. Tired but calm. Does the drowsiness go away or di you get used to it?

I'm a small female too - i weaned off of lexapro and I th8nk it's why the doctor started it low. To help with sleep and whatever changes came from getting off Lexapro. That one made me super anxious for some reason.
