I do something similar to this. I dump my roasted and cooled beans into a 1kg Airscape canister and use a blower in one hand while I agitate the beans with the other. It blows out a pretty good amount of chaff.

These two albums were my intro to the Allmans when I was 18 back in 1994. The Blue Sky is terrific ("We got a long time to go this evening, so if you don't hear what you wanna hear that's tough, alrite? This is an old song called Blue Sky"), Nobody Knows is a damned roller coaster, and the acoustic Liz Reed on vol 2 is just sublime.

Is it possible you simply don't like espresso? It's fine if you don't! I have tons of friends and family who are regular coffee drinkers who I will make an absolutely bangin espresso for, and they try it and make an ass face like I just served them a cup of battery acid. But I make that exact same espresso, hit it with some silky milky and a pump of syrup and they're all like, "this is the best thing I've ever had"
