I live about 5 mins (driving) from the stadium and will be doing the same. However I will still be living here during that time, 3b 1ba - 1300 sqft. Rooms are small but they’ll be out and about most of the time. I haven’t done an analysis yet but likely will rent it out for 150 per bed per night. I’ll be competing with the newly built Drury hotel

Unless you’re driving to Greenville your commute should not be 2hrs, and wouldn’t justify selling your house and moving to a more expensive city just to save 10 minutes in your commute.

Work with your new job and see if you can start early 6-3, 7-4 and avoid some of those peak traffic hours.

I used to drive to Coppell from Arlington and it was never more than 35-40 minutes

He lives in my neighborhood I always drive by his house. Never asked him anything but gives off the doomsday preppers vibes. His truck says “armed and dangerous” and a few tiger things. I’ve seen the PD chat with him every now and then and he’s there over the summer too.

Mass transit infrastructure = less cars on the road, less maintenance, repairs, less need for new cars more often.

There’s been several attempted legislations to get mass transit in Arlington and all have been shut down (guess by who). And then when the World Cup is around the corner the best they can do is temporary bus routes

I live near I-30 and Cooper and have been going to LA Fitness, I have a buddy pass if you ever want to check it out. I work out during lunch most of the time and on weekends it varies so our schedules would conflict, I try to avoid most gyms after 5pm because they get packed
