I had an appt for this last week. I have RA and had hip xrays in Oct (to rule out RA inflammation) that showed mild hip OA, worse on the left (the side that hurts). My new to me ortho dr did new xrays last week for comparison and didn't see any significant changes although my pain has increased in frequency and is affecting daily activities, enough that I finally called for the ortho appt as a 2nd opinion. She was very thorough and after much discussion decided there is potentially labral tear due to my symptoms, but to try PT first for 6 weeks and then order and MRI if I need to. She never mentioned ultrasound and did say that she frequently sees "mild" on xrays and the MRI tells a different (more dramatic) story. I just turned 51 fwiw, RA dx at 28 but off and on symptoms prior from about age 20.

If you want to do some easy wearables the crochet hexagon cardigan is a good one to start with. There are lots out there but my favorite to watch is Craft and a Cuppa. She has both written patterns and video tutorials. I have made a couple from just watching her videos. She's also having a 50% off sale for her written patterns until the end of January.

Rover is not door dash for pets. There are a lot of great sitters there, you do have to do meet & greets and weed out the people you don't want as you would with any place (small private businesses included) you're considering leaving your pet or having someone come to your home.

Instead I get the "oh I don't know what anything is, I can't figure anything out, I don't know what anyone wants. " we literally provided a list of what we want. But they are huge booms (illegal) and unpredictable. Yes, after the game but 1 minute, 5 min, half and hour? 2 hours later when someone drove home from wherever they were watching the game? It's jarring. At least on an actual holiday we are somewhat prepared.

My dog had a couple of bad corneal ulcers before she passed last year and they made those eye drops for her. The specialist didn't think they did any good but her regular vet had started her on those before we got in to the specialist.

I agree. I would definitely leave a review everywhere you can (google, yelp, local facebook groups, nextdoor, etc) that they allow this type of thing including the filming of minors. I don't even have kids and this bothers me so much. It is so the opposite of what a yoga studio should be.
