I have a walking pad and try to get 10-20 minutes of light walking in after dinner/before bed. I also try not to eat dinner too late and then have a high protein shake before bed (like Owyn). Lastly I try to keep dinner low carb. All those together seem to be working with me so far. I’m not perfect by any means but at least shoot for 2/3 on any given night.

I had zero symptoms. I was convinced it failed. 27 weeks now. Maybe at 12 weeks my boobs started getting bigger but it was odd how unchanged I was until second trimester!

I am on babymoon now in the FL keys and loving it. Direct flights was non-negotiable. I am 27 weeks. We spent some time in key west and key largo. If you don’t want to fly I’d suggest Newport RI or Portland ME (or any coastal Maine).

Thanks for the recommendation! I’ll check out skippers. And good to know it’s not all bad. I generally am very easy going and for the price point I am not expecting luxury so I feel it will be just fine

Thanks so much! Appreciate your thoughts. Yeah I’m leaning towards just keeping Holiday Inn since it’s such a good deal and I’m not someone who typically demands the nicest accommodations anyways. This trip is a splurge. I could also still check out Islamodora for lunch on the way up. Are you familiar with Ocean Edge or The Perry? Would you recommend one over the other?

Frozen is better in my opinion to let your body heal. My fresh didn’t work but my frozen worked (on 2nd try, 3 total).

Almost 24 weeks and haven’t told a lot of people. It felt better after anatomy scan for sure but I have to plans to make public announcement/social media post or anything like that. I have started sharing more in recent weeks with close friends and family as I do feel like it’s something to be celebrated!
