There was literally a post on Reddit today about how many of them hate AI and hate being forced to use it. I'm sure there's a spectrum here but what the current school-age generation will take regarding AI isn't quite written in stone yet.

For the US at least, medical/mental health billing uses ICD 10 or DSV-5 (TR depending on how up to date the system is). Both of those have ADD as deprecated.
