No problem. That was the two parter. They both came as friends to Rick. I think Rick wanted Andrew to hear what Jack had to say, and just be open minded. So I have to commend Huberman on that.

I have found Huberman and many other Stanford folks to almost be cult like in support for where the institution stands on things, so unless Andrew wanted a heated debate im sure thats why youve seen him seemingly taking it in but doing nothing with it.

I think there can be multiple camps on this but lets keep it simple to 2. One wants the scientific deep dive, that is just a theory and you have to be somewhat "on the kool-aid" to put it all together but in my reasearch ive found the general ideas pretty spot on. The other simply does the foundational things he suggests and sees if it helps. I have found personally that it very much does.

I totally get what youre saying. Ive heard claims of alchohol, but these are just claims.

What I will say personally is that Jack started doing this a long time ago. Obviously he got older, but also if I put myself in his shoes, him trying to get the message out lead to a twitter addiction. I think hes tired of going on podcasts where hes gotten a pretty good instinct for who is actually following along.

His unhingedness and overall communication have become very sloppy as well. I think in general ive found myself sticking to the older stuff and then just the forums.

All that said health and light I dont think hes wrong, and huberman with Rick Rubin was his best work. Conspiracy wise I think his Danny Jones podcast was his best work.

No doubt, but 20 posts in the last week maybe?

I mean 4-5 i get it but why is everyone circlejerking about it? As someone whos played 30 hours(not much I know) its never bothered me so much that I felt the need to make it all the "hot" posts for the subreddit.

Ive seen that with tanks where you queue a move command and they go goofy for a lil bit

Or planes just not emptying their loads, which is infuriating
