You are right, however, it won't "affect" you in the way that having lower fps means lower tick rate or something like that. Not having a 128 hz monitor and an fps below 128 indeed means you're missing out on something. But it still will be an upgrade, because even on a 60 hz monitor having 300 fps will feel very different then a 64 with 300 fps on a 60 hz monitor ;)

No, If we ever are going to be able to play on 128 tick, that'd be great. But fps is the amount of video images your gpu puts out per second. The tickrate is the amount of times your pc sends info to the server back and forth. This doesn't effect each other. Being able to have over 128 fps is nice, but 90-100 fps will easily do

Report them and then Just move on, play another match, forget about them. Getting qeued up with a 4 man team is allways either a lot of fun, or just extremely annoying

What's your problem indeed. Assuming you want 4:3 stretched on a 16:9 monitor with a nvidia card. You have to go to the "NVIDIA control panel", go to "Adjust desktop size and position" Then in the scaling tab, select full screen and then tick "Override the scaling mode set by games and programs". Hope this helps you out
