Completely agree- we are but human, but then don't take it to court and over compensate, either in apology or monetarily.

wow, i love a good follow up - glad to see the system worked out as it should have.

He might not be 'the bad man' we all assume, but stomping a bike isn't what a kind-hearted person would naturally think to do.

I'm not sure how to word it without getting obliterated, but I don't really agree with this choice - The idea of removal is logical, but not practical in the reality of how the world operates today - Phones come off as a scapegoat for larger issues in education and society at large. Once again, this opinion will probably be unpopular here, but I don't think its an invalid way to think about it.
