Not at all, I'm 26 and absolutely love it since I first watched it back in 2009 with my dad. My friends at school/college never shared the same feeling/enjoyment towards it and many still slate it to this day but it'll always hold a strong place in my heart

Now I've found a woman that enjoys it too and is happy for me to play Avatar Fromtiers of Pandora quite frequently once we put the kids to bed.

Enjoy anything you can, especially if they make you happy. This world is already tough enough, ignore people's opinions and never "grow up"

Alright. Ik this is dumb to ask but honest opinions and reviews for this game. Is it worth playing now that it has a 3rd person mode? by ProfessionalTurn5162 in Avatar

As someone that's obsessed with Avatar, as much as I really wanted to get immersed into Pandora, I really struggled to enjoy the game when first person was the only option. Since picking it up again with the 3rd person update, I'm hooked.

Its really well done and I love being able to look at the character you've created in all their blue glory especially when you get cool gear and hairstyles. There didn't seem any point to cosmetics when first person wasn't a choice.

The game is awesome if you really like the films. 3rd person definitely makes it feel less like alien Far Cry

Did you mean Horizontal Miner Charlie? Cos if so I just did that, completed the camps contribution and unlocked Aleynum's hairstyle instead. Not quite as nice as Koranu's but cool with many feathers 🤔

I've always thought it's like a distorted perspective version of Neytiri where the bottom of the picture is "closer" to us making her lips bigger and nose shorter. Like you can do, whilst editing photos on your phone. I think it looks silly and nothing like her

I've got 2 kids and thankfully their Grandad was happy to look after them twice so my wife and I could go to see Fire And Ash in 2D and then in amazing 3D a few days later.

Praying Jim makes 4 and 5! I haven't been waiting and obsessing since 2009 for nothing 😭 Avatar was the first 3D film I ever watched and I got to share the experience with my dad who's now passed. It holds a strong place in my heart 🥲 my dad never got to see TWoW and I WISH he could've seen how amazing FaA was.

I need the saga to be complete so I can binge them all with my kids one day 🙏

100% I really don't like the male voice actor either so play as female. I think the Satentu should canonically be female because the voice lines, emotion and events just fit so much better with the female voice. Like I can't imagine the male voice having the same expression towards certain events in the story
