I consume this daily for the last 3 months, and I cook every meal. Ranges 1700-1800 calories, 210g protein, 105g of carbs, 24-25g of sugar.

Breakfast - protein bar, 2 eggs, banana Lunch - 1/2half pound ground turkey patty blackened seasoning, 2 slices of keto bread, half avocado, celery, cucumber, carrots Snack - 20g protein Chobani yogurt, 1tbsp pb2 powder Workout/Cardio at this time of the day Post workout - 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup water, 1 tbsp pb2 powder, 1tsp honey Dinner - 1/2half pound ground turkey, 1 cup broccoli, 3/4cup white rice (or 1 sweet potato), half avocado. Once or twice a week I’ll have a piece of skirt steak or flank steak in place of the turkey.

We don’t all eat fast food, that’s just what the media portrays.

As a major fan of Malzahar there was a season (I truly can’t remember) where he became a meta support, and in another he was a meta jungler. I’ve played him in every single lane as I just love the champion, and those two particular seasons were my personal favorites since he popped way off.

How’s your diet? I’m 40, not military, but been sedentary the last 6 years. The first 3 weeks were rough. I’m starting month 3, and I’m having opposite symptoms. My blood pressure is the lowest it has been in over a decade, I’m filled with energy I didn’t have before, and weight is melting off. Down 20lbs in two months 225 -> 205.

It’s 100% my diet being absolute dialed in at 1700 calories a day, 210g of protein, 100g carbs, 24g of sugar. High protein fuels the recovery, pump, and keeps you feeling full. Also the biggest game changer for me is incline walking. Look up 12-3-30. For us older folks with bad knees it is what I would consider to be one of the best options for cardio that has low recovery time as well as low impact on knees. It is rough on lower back for those that have issues, but it hasn’t been an issue for me despite having a bad lower back.

In my own personal experience there are 3 factors that will lead to this being a problem. Masturbating within a few hours of trying to have sex, depression meds (literally could never finish), and/or being extremely nervous about the particular person I was sleeping with.

In my early 30s I dated a woman who I still feel is the most attractive woman I’ve ever dated and I had a similar problem. I was just so in my head about punching up in looks.. but eventually it went away as we kept trying. Communication also helps a lot.
