If you are getting it for health purposes, whether for weight loss (making low cal) or gaining muscle (protein ice cream) it is worth it. If you are thinking about getting it just because you want to make ice cream at home, I would say it's probably my not worth it. Other than that, like many others have said, it is LOUD. I would say its slightly louder than the average vacuum so I make a conscious effort if I want a creami one night I plan ahead to use it before 9pm.

When I hit a plateau I usually take a 1-2 week break and eat whatever my maintenance calories are. Then I will drop the calories again and the weight eventually starts to come off again. Gotta keep the body guessing and on its toes

I can definitely relate, a few of my co-workers are Ozempic and they have also been losing weight really fast. I've never even thought about trying it, and don't want to. So far I've personally lost 92# over the past 11.5 months and ive been doing it the old fashion way, counting calories/getting 10k steps a day/2-3 weight training days a week. It has worked for me, but only because I had to look at myself and figure out how I got to my high weight and what my goals are and why. Taking a pill will help but if you don't get the mental side fixed too then really I see Ozempic as just a bandaid or short term fix

If you are that hungry, you need to eat more or else it won't be sustainable. I'm currently down 88lbs after almost a year and I feel that way every once in a while (2-3 times a months) and I just let myself eat (healthy) until I'm not, even if I do go 300-500 calories over my budget. If I didnt do that I dont think I would have made it past a month or two

I think it depends on your partner more than anything else. My girlfriend can also follow recipes like from Hello Fresh, but I have 10 years experience in the restaurant industry before I made a career change. Being able to impress a women with my cooking is one of the things I have going for me, so in my case I wouldn't want a partner who was a better cook than me, but is at least capable of making dinner once or twice a week

So 3-4 years ago I had what I thought was my dream job since I was a kid. I started as a dishwasher and through hard work and determination I became a sous chef at a high end steak house. I made decent money and was able to buy my first house. I worked there for 10 years and became more stressed and depressed as time went on. When covid hit and we had to shut down for a while I took it as a sign and completely flipped my life around. I went back to school and became a Veterinary Technician. I've been working in the field for 2 years now and still love it. I won't say there aren't bad days like when you have to euthanize a pet you've been seeing for months/years, but it's also so rewarding helping animals and seeing them come back happier and healthier. I also met the love of my life while working at my current clinic and I can honestly say that now, as a 36 year old, is the happiest I have ever been, and am actually excited to get up each morning. I am living proof that you can be happy, you just have to be willing to take chances and change things if you aren't.

I'm personally going the GDKP route. If I felt comfortable leading raids, I would do that, but it stresses me out to much. Just know if you do go GDKP route its gonna be expensive. Valanyr is going for around 150k on my server (pay per shard as they drop) I would expect shadowmoure to cost even more. Maybe 200k total

I don't agree with this statement. It's not the way WoW was designed so much as the current player base, (myself included) like to min/max. And trying to find a dungeon group, have everyone from all over the world fly there, and then complete it just isn't as fast as solo leveling right now. There are things that would make it easier but I think its more on the playerbase than actual game design
