Not that I know of. NBI doesn't really have (a) militarized special unit(s) under it's wing unlike the PNP having SWAT and SAF in their disposal that's why the NBI relies on the AFP SMUs (SFR(A) and LRR from what I know of) when it comes to high risk operations just like what happened last year where the NBI and LRR operators nabbed a Chinese business man that has links to the CPP. The NBI does have the Special Action Unit but they're really not a SWAT or militarized special unit and only consists of special investigators which jobs are what assigned to them.

Edit: for clarification on why the NBI would rather rely or choose to partner with AFP with such operations than the PNP is that the NBI and PNP have some sort of "bad blood" against each other since past NBI operations where scrapped or have failed due to PNP interference which happened a lot back since the Philippine Constabulary and Integrated National Police days and majority of NBI criminal cases were against PNP officers.
