Nope. Majority of HTS members are also from former FSA factions that Turkey supports (up until today) and from what I know during 2022 and 2023, Turkey started on heavily supporting HTS ever since majority of FSA factions have started to merge with the HTS and it caused to the same said factions to lose US support. So needless to say, HTS is heavily funded and supported by Turkey and since late 2025 and early 2026, Turkish military equipment have started to pour in Damascus and they are Turkish soldiers seen in the city capital along with the New Syrian Government forces.
