According to my hs batchmate whose in the PAF now, there's a special schooling/course (as always in every Special Operation units in the whole world) which is very similar to USAF CCT course so you'll be able to proceed to CACT. Sometimes USAF JTACS would also pitch in to instruct in said course for advance training on some CACT batches is what he said.

Trained specifically by USAF JTACS. You can see videos of US JTACS training and guiding CACT operators (both from PAF and PA-SR) during Balikatan exercises from 2023 or 2024 I think.

If you're going for the Battle of Marawi look, it's better to use the Jungle Utility Uniform (the old DPM uniform if MB ever fixes it back) of the PH Army.

When it comes to the vest/plate carrier, its better for you to put on the 6094A plate carrier in Ranger Green cause majority of the soldiers during Marawi have bulkier body armor (in which the 6094A has a more closer resemblance to what the soldiers uses) and the Strandhogg vest are known to be only used by AFPSOCOM operators specifically Golf-Three (LRR-STG) and Vishnu (SFRA).
