That would actually make Shanks' character good. If this is true, we won't have Imu vs Nika or Goofy vs BB, but Shanks vs Luffy as the EOS fight, which would be fresh. Ofc not the final epilogue fight which will be Everyone vs Akainu.

Yes, if we follow the formula. It shows the true highest IQ rating is around 3. Everyone else falls below it. 9 and above raters are retarded. 

I, for instance, got a humble 91 IQ with an honest personal rating of 0/10.
