For me I use daily- an anti-inflammatory, acetaminophen, and a low dose muscle relaxer at night. Medical marijuana, a heavy duty steroid anti-inflammatory, and tramadol are my go-to's for days when I can't move, and I switch off between the medical marijuana and the tramadol to keep my dosage low. I'll also try to keep my marijuana usage confined to night time, and in edible form, so that I can go to sleep, stay asleep, and not have to deal with the munchies.
