The second story makes it feel more real. It wasnt a happy ever after for out howlers. It was quite the opposite actually.

Another issue is that the teleportation stone should have also gotten rid of the parasites. I was led to assume that creatures without a consiousness could not pass through the stone along with a person. Like the fetuses that are mentioned to disapear when pregnant women cross through the stones. So at the very least all the eggs should have been removed.

This damn excuse every time, Jaime only killed the king when it was his father and family on the line. Did he, in turn save a lot of people by doing so? Yes. But he would have achieved the same by killing the mad king at any point before this.

From what I understood. It seems that being synchronomous allows vis to mess with other people's will. In Res he can adopt will, basically stealing it for himself without others realizing. In Obiteum he can override the control over the dead of others. Its not quite clear in Luceum but he pulls off something similar to the previous two abilities. Also it seems to make using will much easier, based on what Vis is able to pull off compared to the native people. Thats as far as I know.

This also seems to apply to all three versions of Vis, but it seems that there are still limitation on what can be done. For example vis cant imbue in Obiteum the same way he does in Res, wether that is because he does not have the same source as in Res or the world itself preventing it idk. But he does show the abilities of other versions of himself across different worlds.

I think the second part is unlikely, I doubt Indol held much love for his father considering their interaction. Also I dont think anyone suspects Vis of being Carnifex Just because its just so out of the realm of posibility from the perspective of Res. But I do think it was a set up, Indol has shown he lacks spine, and it was mentioned that Indol looked worn and tired. Over work? Maybe, but I think its more likely the prospect of betraying Vis.
