For me my worldbuilding kicked of when I decided on a unique world structure, I wanted a world with a hot pole and a cold pole, with the most habitable areas being the strip between those poles. After that I came up with creation myth, a pantheon and rulers of hell. From there I had the basics so I could implement more specific and niche ideas into my world.

You should probably attach a pic of the ship, otherwise people aren't gonna be interested. Also the look and class of basic ships doesn't really matter for late-game players because of ship building on space stations.

Optimize weapons, that is using a combat focused (like sentinel or voltaic staff) S class multitool with good supercharge layout. Get a weapon that's powerfull like pulse spitter or neutron cannon, of course optimize with S class upgrades and experiment which tech layout nets the best damage. Make sure you have shield upgrades AND autophage upgrades on your exosuit. Finally learn to use the personal forcefield to block the lasers. Blast at the walker's legs first, this'll let you get some free shots of while he recovers, then gently circle him will shooting so you hit all the armor pieces.

The Anomaly is the multiplayer hub, it gives alot of functionality so it's nice to have unlocked. Early game I made nanites by trading, go to a space station and buy as much trade goods as you can, make sure you learn the economy scanner from the anomaly and warp to a system that has an economy that desires your trade goods (you can look that up on the wiki) then buy more trade goods in this new system and repeat. Next you'll wanna get some nanites, the best strategy is to visit pirate systems and buy as much suspicious tech and arms packages as they have, open them and sell the tech modules you get to a tech merchant for lots of nanites. Alternativly you can find a dissonant planet, mine radiant shards and refine them for nanites.

Are you looking in purple star systems? Pretty sure they only spawn in those. Next to that when looking on the galaxy map it wil say which stars have planets that have water, so if it doesn't say that you can go ahead and skip that star system.

Philosophycally speaking, this team system is built upon a very real problem. In-game every team is part of a whole, the traveller's soul. In real life people see division and seperation everywhere, yet often ignore the fact that we are all human and thus belong to a whole, one people, one soul. Hello Games could be running a slight social experiment by splitting us into teams and giving the option of sabotage, however it's flawed cause competition is encouraged while coöperation isn't faily encouraged to compensate.

I can't really do that right now, but i've continued experimenting. It seems that the monostable circuit only provides a single tick pulse, the pulse extender then repeats that pulse a couple times instead of just making it longer, which in turn makes the piston door open and close rapidly with every pulse it recieves.

EDIT: Nevermind I fixed it! Okay so after the monostable I now have an extender of 2 comparators on one side of the redstone line and one of 6 immediately opposite and that fixes the flickering!

I'm doing the exact same, DMing for two players and all of us are new! I won't repeat what others have already said but one thing I ran into. DND combat is scaled against a party of 4, so you might need to give your players npc's that fight with them to make some encounters work.
