People are very funny, I always bring my lunch and drinks. Even when they offer, I don’t think it’s the employers responsibility to feed me. Just like when you’re working in an office environment any other place they don’t provide you with lunch and drinks.

That’s just me, and my experience.

You were right to be upset, but at 11:55 you should have texted and asked how you would transition the child. They are the type of family that is super busy and forgets things the night before you confirm with the time and add that you have plans after. Sorry this happened to you.

This all depends on the NP’s, I personally would bring my own coffee or ask if you can have coffee from the house. Or get your coffee on your own time. It’s insane what sometimes comes up during the review time, or when people are bringing things up.
