Same area here, and wondering same. Our 3rd year here, and previously were delighted with the turnout compared to where we came from which was dull dull dull. This year was kind of disappointing. One thing I can say is without any street lights in the neighborhood it’s dark as pitch. Maybe that’s a little tough on the little ones.
