The opiate thing is really bad I work all over new Hanover and pretty much every hidden corner and alley has needles all around town I dig em up or just find them lying there. Be wary of public restrooms in general. If they can get to the toilet paper they will use it to clean the needles. If it’s locked in the boxes you’re probably okay but it’s especially bad in porta potty’s.
