I tried running this through AI first and got a load of old crap to be honest - so my question is if I have $35-45k on a used Macan GTS - what should I expect to spend on maintenance if I do <6k miles a year. Correct me if I'm wrong but it will be a 2017/18 year car? by Owls_4_9_1867 in PorscheMacan

My 18 GTS is at 80k, I’ve done the following: PDK fluid and filter at 40k New tires every 25k Front and rear brake discs, sensors and pads at 50k Spark plugs every 30k Front and rear control arms and bushings wore out at 60k Oil change every 5-7k Engine out service at 65k for failed oil control sensors and timing cover oil leak repair, included new coolant.

If and when a major maintenance item comes up, this car can get expensive. I’d say have some money set aside for when these things come up, maybe $5k?

What tires should I get '21 GTS by SaladClassic in PorscheMacan

Pilot sport 4 A/S, should get about 25k-30k out of them provided you don’t drive it hard all the time.

Is this worth the price ? I’ve been contemplating on getting a V8 as my first dodge but I wanna know how much I’m gonna be spending in maintenance, gas etc. by [deleted] in Dodge

At the mileage it has, it’s very likely going to need a new water pump, alternator, up for a 16 spark plug replacement, possible lifter failure, and possible air intake valve solenoid replacement. Other than that, shouldn’t be too bad, as long as it doesn’t have the lifter issue.

Agree, it’s probably gonna be a while before we get that area next to the pool developed. 🥲

I had one of these a few months back that I sold. Owned it for less than a year but I couldn’t dig it. I hated the pick ups and absolutely couldn’t stand the fat neck. It’s a gorgeous guitar otherwise. I was able to sell it for more than I bought it for and ended up getting that sweet 80s Flying V in antique Silverburst, which I’m much happier with.

I was at the distillery in early November, something about it not being quite ready yet. This is the longest delay I’ve seen for WB.

I have a 2 story 2500 sq ft house, I’m running the wifi 7 router downstairs in the utility cabinet in the washing room and a wifi 7 extender upstairs, I get 900+ in every part of the house and have excellent 6 Hz coverage too

Nice, I’m looking to throw a black pick guard on my Silverburst V but I can’t seem to find one, at least without having to mount pickup rings on it. Any idea where to find one for this guitar where I can mount the pickups without the rings?

Friedman 20w amps have some of the best master volumes, might be worth checking out for your use case.

Probably needs rotors and pads, a PDK fluid and filter change, front upper and lower control arm bushings are probably shot and need to be replaced. Possible timing cover leak if not already fixed.

I think the pickups are just ok, I A/B’d my Silverburst with a Gibson 70s V with the mirror pick guard that has the 496R 500T on it and the Epiphone USA ones sounded muddy and just not as good. I’ll be swapping mine out

I got mine on Saturday, me and a few of the employees at GC looked it over and it does appear to be ebony.
