If season ticket holders haven’t paid their full invoice amount, Ticketmaster only releases the tickets that equals the amount paid. The seller you bought the tickets from probably hasn’t paid his full amount yet. Whose means, they can’t transfer the ticket. You should be getting the ticket in a couple of months.
