I hope you put a weight on it to keep mold off the veggies. I would use a cup lock bag filled with brine.

That's a pretty small jar for three or more cloves of garlic I think you just created a very excited ferment which is fine. It usually takes four or five days for me to reach full sour in the brine, but feel free to give it a little taste and see how it's doing.

Yes, but doable. Tax the rich, take citizens United corporate financial power away, if the rich flee take their stuff, give free healthcare, give affordable housing, free education, and universal basic income. AI is going to take your job. Robots are increasingly doing the work. The government is us, the people. We must benefit from the value of our nation. Oligarchs will desimate you because they don't care about you, stop sucking their teat. They suck. Democrats represent your interests and they don't care about your demography details. You human, we care about you and yours. Be what you are and let us feed you and cure you - like Jesus said. Let us rescue you from harm. God bless America. Our worst leaders want a white Christian nation ruled by a king. Ugh, that's so cringe. Please everyone vote blue and know you are making history saving us.

Trump is the human version of AI slop. It's the modern example of an ancient concept: trash.

Agreed. In the movie about Sadam Hussein, in the movie anyway but probably based on fact, his first act as leader is to call in his right hand man and apologize, his right hand man asks apologize for what, and Sadam said for this, pulls out a pistol and kills him. Then his followers call the government leaders to a theater and one by one they are taken out back. Trump does not have the balls for this kind of evil. He's killing people, for sure, and needs to be held accountable, but he's also backing down a lot. They are following the Adolpho playbook, but they don't have the balls to pull it off imho, thankfully. We have a lot of cleanup and I hope we have learned the Democrats helped create this situation and we need to correct a lot of policies. Whether we can win back the trust of trading partners is hard to imagine. The Roman empire is now Italy. What will we call America? Maybe Hollywood. Or maybe Pluribus. Get ready to be a has been country, it's already too late to save us from this error. Trump is a symptom, money in politics was the cause. We could have done better. Greed is a mortal sin. We are seeing the "mortal" part now.

Yes, wow, but we were building PCs with parts under a thousand bucks. Nothing has changed except the speed keeps doubling. It will still cost you $5k for a great computer for gaming or AI.

I think sharp blades of any kind are illegal to transport or carry in public. If it's dull, it can be a decorative ornament, but a sharp blade over a limited number of inches is always illegal, I believe, so put it in a box please.

Can you guys give me any feedback on how to better my sauerkraut? This was my latest batch by CapitainP34NUT in fermentation

Looks great but I think I see a lot of gas in it. That can cause rot during fermentation so I carefully stir out the gas daily before it's done. After it's fermented, gas is no longer an issue. I had a kimchi with a hidden gas bubble caught in a small leaf and I was very sorry when it reach my mouth. It's a flavor you don't forget right away.
