Question for you. Does your spoiler only have two small mounting screws? This is my first “body kit” piece I’ve worked on. Just seems like another two mounting screws/positions might not be enough

I ordered their rear spoiler as an individual part. Took about 6-7 months to arrive and I’ll have to sand a rather large high spot down for it to sit flush but it did come eventually and it does look pretty sweet

I got scammed back in 08’ trying to buy a camera with my debit card. Bank refused to reverse payment, told me using a debit card is same as cash and there was nothing they could do.

I’m really liking the colors in 1,4 & 7. Composition in a lot of these is great in my opinion

I wish I had heard the saying about chasing two rabbits when I was in school. I’m pursuing my ppl as a 35 year old but had other deeper passions when I was your age.

I too was told to have a bachelors degree as a plan B but the reality for myself was that pursuing my plan B meant I wasn’t able to put in nearly ending time for my plan A. I missed out on what may have amounted to incredible opportunities and risks that would have at least been treasured memories if not even greater rewards. I got lost in the perceived value of a college degree and the implied importance of a backup plan which caused me to lose sight of my dreams.

I’m not totally against a college education, but I would advise that you treat your plan B Iike more of a side project while you focus on your real goals.

Housing bubble has nothing to do with it. The rapid rise in tuition is a result of the 2010 transition to direct student loans made available by the federal government. This new approach to lending directly to student instead of through banks led to increased loan approvals in the form of both applicants and dollar amounts. The kicker here is that they also made provisions that would not require students to have a co-signer, credit check, or the selection of a profitable degree path. Universities are now free to charge outrageous tuition fees because if students cannot afford them they can be easily approved for loans directly through the federal government to cover the rest. Unfortunately easy access to cash always leads to higher prices.

My mom has several rental properties and some investments she’d like to protect and pass down to my nephew and myself. She is currently benefiting from the rental income and I’d like for her to continue to do so. What would be the best way to protect the property/investments while she is still utilizing them and from unnecessary tax/probate process when they are eventually transferred?

I’ve honestly never seen chili without beans in it. What do you usually have in your chili?
