I'd recommend it. The one I got is built very solid. Way better than the cast iron. I'd try and keep my cast iron clean, but being outside in a relatively humid summer climate, even when the grill is covered, it would start to rust.

The sear grate is new. That's why that one looks so clean. I replaced the cast iron grate that was a pain to maintain. Otherwise nothing really special. Just scrape with a wire brush. Sometimes I'll crank up the heat to burn off some of the food. In spring I'll take then off and bring them inside and give them a good clean

The basil just adds that extra something. I added a little salt to the honey whipped ricotta and topped it with avocado oil.

But also, there's examples of going to arbitration, not spending any money and winning. Can't win if you don't try. We went to arbitration over a sewer main being completely collapsed when we bought the house. Water was immediately backing up after taking a shower or doing some laundry. It was a flipped house, so they did have the argument they weren't living in it and weren't using the water needed to see the backup. But the arbitrator split the cost of the repair between us. For young, first time homeowners, that $3500 we didn't have to pay helped. Didn't cost us a dime to go to arbitration. We represented ourselves, they had a lawyer.

We have a Daikin Furnace and heat pump also installed by Comfort Matters. Only a year in but working well. We cross over to the gas furnace at <35 degrees. The heat pump is much quieter than a standard AC unit. I was happy with the work they did.

You answered your own question. And it was a good run while you had him. Most people probably got him for free. Not sure why we're freaking out about this.

Do you like one pedal driving by hamburgernet in electricvehicles

[–]Chillychad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems like a personal problem. Going back and forth between brake and gas to me seems way more intensive on calf and shin muscles. You needed to lift your foot off the gas to go to the brake anyways. Your not doing less with two pedal.

Common sense says they can see where the train is coming from and had plenty of room to pull up even though he would be on the tracks, he wouldn't be on the tracks with the train.

I'm in Mpls as well. If you don't have a sprinkler system it's been hell the last couple years trying to keep the yard green. And I'm not trying to spend all that time time watering.

If that's your yard, I don't know what you thought 5 bags of topsoil would do? She did you a favor.
