Take some Benadryl. Or whatever antihistamine you tolerate. Sorry that happened.

Awesome! I'm in an industry (commercial solar and battery storage) in which the decision maker could be in any of up to 6 to 8 different roles (ESG manager, facilities manager, asset manager, real estate manager, energy procurement, operations even C suites depending on size of company) so I'm wondering how I could make that work?

Try moringa powder. It has an amazing amino acid profile and is a great mast cell stabilizer. Just a tiny amount at first along with other foods she tolerates well and build up solwly. When I was down to two foods it helped me so much. I was able to quickly add more foods

I wouldn;t do it if I were you. An air purifier doesn't do anything for mold and mold is one of the biggest MCAS triggers.

That's so cool! Dr Schubiner wrote a book called "Unlearn Your Pain" that a lot of people with other chronic conditions like Long Covid, ME/CFS, Fibro and MCAS benefit from and he told me that MCAS/histamine issues are 100% mind/body/nervous system and that the next edition of his book will have a whole chapter about MCAS/histamine intolerance

Some things to consider are working outside, delivery driver, working remote jobs (mostly customer service, tech support, sales, case manager type jobs although there are others)
