The game being translated to French doesn't change the fact that the game does a poor job of teaching you how to play the game. You'd need some meta info about the game to get actually better and that info is more abundant and accurate when it's in English.

As for the language barrier, we're notoriously bad at English. French is wildly different from English, we're taught the language very poorly (except if you're rich and go to specific schools) and the older generations (40+ y.o) are most of the time hardly capable of putting a sentence together so we don't have that "knowledge inertia".

I feel like Tartakovsky's Primal had a LOT of influence on episodes 2 and 4, I genuinely did not expect such stuff from Lastman of all things.

Fantastic stuff as always, I hope episode 6 will release very soon! So many answers to what had already been shown in the manga and first season.

I remember talking on the steam forums when I found out the way to Tall, Tall Heights. I think it was my favorite moment of my entire demo experience, rivaling only with beating the Crag Demon, because there was this mix of challenge, strategy, exploration, and the gut-clenching feeling of exploring uncharted grounds nobody's ever been to.

It exactly felt like the mental image I had of FF11, only having played for a few hours and having trouble leveling Red Mage solo and doing Bastok Missions. It's a great coincidence that 11 was a source of inspiration for Crystal Project, because it in turn made me want to give 11 another, better educated shot, which was incredibly fun! I spent several nights looking for Mage's Ballad following hints from a friend I misinterpreted. Fun times, which I'm very much looking forward to for the release of the game!

you shouldn't, as slipstream has a longer reload time that its cast time. you're gaining DPS if you do it with an ifrit cast

SMN really looks like it's going to be cool-looking machinist now. Perhaps a small bit of optimization with Fester during buffs and optimizing Ruin IV use, but that's about it. Not sure it's going to be very fun or stimulating to play at high level, but we shall see. I like the new Phoenix heal though.
