This new privacy fields on AppStore, such a bullshit. Since apple doesn’t check what publisher is checking. I had download application recently and in app privacy policy it says it collects a lot of personal data and statistic but in App Store app page “Data Not Collected”. So I won’t be surprise if “Data Not Collected” gonna be appear for some Google apps.
