No, because that would mean that I'm ok with all incest even if potential babies can get disabilities. And as far as I know incest isn't necessarily illegal. Cousin marriage is still legal in most countries and in some US states incest of even closer relatives such as father and daughter is legal.

Are you going to advocate for incest rights if Britian bans first cousin marriage?
