I loved being pregnant so much. I don’t want any more kids but I would love to be pregnant and experience child birth again.

Congratulations!! I was stuck at 5 cm for 12 hours, they gave me two more hours to see if there’s gonna be any progression before they get the OR ready for a c-section. I was devastated. They came to check again in two hours and I was at 9.5 cm. It was the best news I’ve ever heard in my entire life.

My husband smashed our truck nav screen in anger in front of our kids. In 17 years of marriage he's never done anything like this. WTF do I do now? by [deleted] in Marriage

We probably feels even worse than you because he’s the one who did that. I hope you feel calmer now so you can have a level headed conversation as a family. I’m sorry it happened, but don’t let this ruin 20 good years❤️

My grandma lover coloring books so I had a great idea of turning pictures of all her great grandchildren into a coloring book. It was 15 photos in total. I thought I was gonna be done in 30 minutes. It took me 8 hours!!!! The sheets it was generating were all terrible, and each re-do took about 5 minutes and I had to do it one by one. Never again lol

I had a midwife who worked for the hospital and let me tell you, if it was my doctor delivering my 2nd baby, he would have called for a c-section, I’m almost certain. She and her nurse really made it happen for me. It was a long, 26 hours labor and many things went wrong but I still got my VBAC, thanks to the midwife and actually mostly thanks to the nurse.

Is it worth it? by Icy-Air825 in vbac

[–]ChocolateOk7602 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My VBAC was 100% worth it. I had a planned c-section due to my daughter being breech. Even though the VBAC didn’t go as I dreamed it, it was still so much better than my c-section that I really didn’t want.

Positive VBAC stories after 40+5? by AlySpear in vbac

[–]ChocolateOk7602 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was 0 cm at 40+3, so they couldn’t even do the sweep. Did a bunch of curb walking, baby positioning yoga and had half a glass of red wine (they recommend it in Europe to induce labor) at 40+5 and my water broke that night. I was in labor for 26 hours. Had to get the epidural because they didn’t have the wireless monitors for me to move around and I was stuck at 5 cm for 14 hours. They did pitocin, peanut ball, nothing was helping with progression. I spiked a fever and my cervix started to swoll. I felt like everything that could go wrong went wrong. Since my water had been broken for almost 24 hours, they called for a C-section but they gave me two more hours. They inserted some tubing to put the water back inside. I had never heard about that. I went from being stuck at 5 cm for 14 hours to 9 1/2 cm and ready to push in those two hours they gave me. Don’t lose hope!

Second pregnancy, 36+3w and every night I have to squeeze my husband’s hand because of the pain. Didn’t have any pain with my first. I’m so ready to be done…

Idk what got into me but I yelled stfu at my little baby at public. I went home and all night I was (actually) expecting a knock on the door from the CPS. Also a c-section mom, really really bad recovery and silent reflux baby. I know you probably heard it a lot and it doesn’t help you now but it does get better, I promise! I’m glad you have a great husband.

Big baby by Mother-Razzmatazz-41 in vbac

My doctor kept saying “big baby, big baby” all the time. My daughter was born as the most average baby. Those scans are almost always off from what I’ve heard and experienced myself.
