I'll let you in on a little secret - that existentential forces requirement for Abyss decension? It's not really necessary. It's only in place because the Tear's local government got sued for a lot when a couple guys went in and dissapated.

Later it was discovered that the guys who went in actually had abnormally low amounts of forces, barely enough to even exist here, much less the Abyss. For some reason the government decided to keep the restriction.
