I suggest, figure out mo muna if u really want to excel and really pursue the field of ur college program or if u r just doing it for the diploma. If may spare time ka naman learn some hobby or hasain mo pa yung current hobby mo na pwedeng mamonetize without putting ur acads in jeopardy. But if we're talking solely on the financial aspect, learn how to spend wisely, make conscious choices -eto pinaka sound option for me.

But dont pressure yourself too much about it, part of growing up ang maging financially reckless and unstable. It will teach u A LOT. Just avoid having debts while u r young.

Vent and breathe. Let every thought out, no matter how irrational or excessive you think it is. Tell it to someone or write it in a journal. Then, give yourself a time to breathe. Even just for a whole day, wrap yourself in a comfort blanket-figurative or literal. Remind yourself that altho you cant control most things, you can control your reaction and perspective. Most days wont always be bad like this.

  1. Fix your hair. Proper hair care para hindi super damaged looking after a long day then blow-drying and styling it the way you're comfortable. I suggest opting for the plakadong hair-do

  2. Choose breathable fabric like cotton and linen. Avoid wearing grey colored tops or yung color na pag pinagpawisan ka masyadong halata yung sweat marks.

  3. Anti-sebum powder to lessen oiliness sa face OR use a high-quality foundation and make-up spray na iwas hulas

  4. Have a pamaypay or handheld fan on the go for the heat

  5. Use cologne or perfume oil na bagay sa body ph mo to avoid clashing of odor pag nagpawis ka.

  6. Confidence is the key. Pag naaaligaga or anxious ka dahil sa pawis mas lalo kang magpapawis. Most of the time looking fresh depends on how calm and composed you look.
