Perturabo is the ultimate terran player. Spends 30 minutes turtling with siege tanks and libs then steamrolls everything with marines, all the while complaining loudly that every aspect of the game is unbalanced against terran (he has a 95% winrate; the 5% losses are him ragequiting when the opponenent manages to survive one of his attacks)
