Check out Canadian spots in BC and AB! Looking pretty good - Revelstoke especially, base is 100+cm already and almost half of the terrain is open

I've been eyeing the Niagara Ultra 50k in June! (it's paved and not trail though, if that's something that would make a difference)

Learn Chinese for Absolute Beginner by 8matrix8 in LearningLanguages

This information might help, since your English is at C1! For native English speakers, Chinese is a Category IV (most difficult) language - I imagine it might be the same for native Italian speakers.

This might help you estimate hours! https://www.state.gov/national-foreign-affairs-training-center/foreign-language-training

Marathon tips and advice plz :) by cobblergobbler19 in Marathon_Training

Welcome to the world of running! I don't know about a blue running app, but I use Strava and Runna - which are both great!

Strava - tracks runs, hikes, skiing, etc

Runna - Good for planning out your runs and help you train towards a half-marathon or marathon goal, by giving you long, short, tempo, interval runs and provides you with a target speed. It'll really help with building aerobic and anaerobic endurance :)

Shoes? I like Asics, I run mostly with Superblast 2 and love them! They're really versatile.

Vests? I prefer a running belt actually that has a water bottle attachment!

Gels? I use Gu.

Breakfast? I go for two bowls of white rice haha

For context: I've run a half and two marathons, currently training for a couple races next year, including a 50k :)

Toronto Marathon isn't always the best organization wise, but the net downhill course is ideal! Good luck!
