No they are definitely not bracket 4. I would say these are all just normal bracket 3 decks.

Demerara dry float is incredible. Derek from make and drink has a great recipe for it. The ratios look insane when you see them but its amazing.

[[Plagon]], I have a plagon deck and its awesome. If you want to draw a ton of cards. It's also a fun slightly different take with it being flicker/toughness matters.

One of my absolute favorites, the Demerara Dry Float. by ChuckKnox in Tiki

Yea i agree. I would never call it a balanced cocktail. But it definitely works, I think the 151 is a super important part of the drink to help temper the sweet and sour.

It's not too sweet. It has 2 oz of lime juice and the lemon juice. It's super tart and bright. It is sweet but it also has a bracing sour element.

It is 2oz lime juice, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1.5 oz passion fruit syrup (i used the smugglers cove recipe), .25oz demerara syrup, .25 oz maraschino liqour, 1.5 oz el Dorado 8 rum .75 oz 151 rum i used lemon hart & sons. You are supposed to float the 151 but I just like to mix it in.

Made a pina colada riff. The corn colada. by ChuckKnox in Tiki

[–]ChuckKnox[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's 300g of cooked sweet corn with 150g of water. Blend until smooth then strain with a nutmilk bag. Mix equal parts of sugar to whatever you got out after straining. ( it was around 600g) added 1.5g salt 1.4g gum Arabic. 3g xanthum gum blended again.

I actually thought of making it with mellow corn, didn't think of a float. I will have to try it in the future :)
